• Optimum Mechanical Solutions – Ottawa-based Optimum is the mechanical contractor for all Lépine Apartments sites. A leader in their field, they provide us with tailored HVAC installations that meet our unique needs—and exceed your expectations for year-round comfort.

• S&R Plumbing – We trust S&R to install the plumbing at each of our new builds. For over a decade, the Ottawa business has delivered first-rate plumbing solutions that have long lifecycles and minimal maintenance requirements. So, you can live at Lépine hassle-free.

• Toban Electric – Specializing in electrical and design-build work, Ottawa’s Toban Electric has installed Lépine Apartments’ electrical systems for more than 15 years. That includes installing solar panels and related electrical equipment for all our solar sites, using only locally-sourced materials and components.

• Westboro Flooring & Decor – All Lépine Apartments suites feature beautiful hardwood floors in the main living areas. Those floors are courtesy of Ottawa-based Westboro Flooring, which has been supplying and installing at Lépine for more than a decade.
